How Hovolo builds a technical explanation.
Our method is designed to make technical claims traceable, modest and understandable. It is a publication process, not a ranking system.
Every article begins with a question and an evidence boundary. The boundary explains what the article can address and where a reader needs another source, a different jurisdiction or professional advice.
Evidence categories

Publication process
- Frame one answerable question and define the intended reader.
- Collect current primary documents and record access dates.
- Compare the central claim with independent technical material.
- Write facts, interpretation and uncertainty in separate language.
- Review links, dates, figures and jurisdiction before publication.
- Record material corrections without erasing the original history.
- Prefer concrete nouns over promotional adjectives.
- Do not convert an example into a prediction.
- Explain a measurement before comparing it.

Hovolo aims to make readers more capable of asking precise questions. The site does not provide financial, tax, legal or infrastructure procurement advice.
Correction and review
Readers may submit a correction with a URL, quotation and supporting source. The editorial desk aims to acknowledge a credible report within 7 calendar days and review a material factual issue within 30 days. A dated note is added when the change could affect interpretation.
Method questions
- Why include limits? Because incomplete evidence should remain visible.
- Why record dates? Because software, policy and operational conditions change.
- Why avoid rankings? Because different readers may have different objectives and constraints.
