Hovolo is an independent educational publication about digital currency mining technologies, energy systems, protocol design and staking ecosystems. The project is built around a simple editorial idea: readers deserve context before conclusions.
We write in plain language without turning technical uncertainty into a promotional claim. Our work is for learning, comparison and better questions, not financial advice.
How the publication developed

As the library grew, the work expanded into validator duties, client software, governance and the difference between a rule and an implementation.
03 — Publish for careful reading
Hovolo now connects these subjects through guides, field notes, glossaries and source-led explanations.
Editorial principles
Specificity
We name the equipment, role, unit, date or source boundary wherever that detail changes the meaning of an explanation.
Restraint
We avoid promises, rankings and claims that the available evidence cannot support. Unknowns remain visible.
Access
We explain specialist language, link to public evidence and invite correction when a reader identifies a material issue.
